PRE-CONTROL
After the data entry that we strictly perform on the same day of receipt of goods, we carry out the sampling and the agreed pre-control operations. The various laboratory tests, such as the fabric hand feel, weight, appearance and center selvedges ones, or washing and dyeing tests, precede the fabric setting in the machine. Fabric will be visited only if the test results will be positive.

QUALITY CONTROL
Only after the positive outcome of the laboratory tests the fabric is visited and measured. A modern control line allows to check every fabric on the most suitable machine. We have verifiers with vacuum and tension check carpets, so as not to harming any fabric. The controlled rolls are transported in a completely automated way in order to get the best care of fabrics.
We can map the defects on both the length and height axes to provide a more accurate localization of the detected flaw.
Often our work begins where others give up. In fact our interventions are very frequent to bring the fabric to an optimal quality level and make it immediately suitable for cutting.

PACKAGING
After verifications, the fabric is passed and labeled through a packaging line that lets us to label both the roll and the polythene in three different positions, in order to meet every logistic customers need. Each fabric is recognizable by its own barcode.

LOGISTICS
The normal consequence of quality control is to make a logistic service that allows our customers to ship all over the world or simply to the cutting and packaging laboratories, directly from our plants and at the desired time.
